FAQs
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time social media manager?
Hiring a full-time social media manager can be costly and may not provide the diverse skill set needed for comprehensive social media marketing. Our agency offers cost-effective expertise from a team of specialists and the flexibility to pause or cancel anytime.
How do I communicate?
All communication is done in Trello. We will create a trello board for you where you can see all of our work and comment on anything.
Can I see posts before they are uploaded?
Absolutely. In the trello board we create for you, not only will you see the final posts before they are uploaded, but you will see our entire process from brainstorming, to scripting and editing. We have nothing to hide and we want you to see the effort and logic behind every post.
How fast will you start making posts?
After our first interview with you, expect about a week before we start uploading posts.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that your billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
What if I don’t like the content you create?
In the trello board, you will see every step of our process from inception to fully edited video before it is posted. At any point you can comment on the content and we will adjust to your specifications.
Can I get a refund if don’t like the service?
We take pride in our work and our philosophy. Because of this we do not offer refunds. But we don’t tie you into a contract and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
